MVGR Students Spread the Light of Learning through FYFP Initiative

Vizianagaram, October 24, 2025:
In a remarkable act of social responsibility, the From the Youth For the People (FYFP) Club of MVGR College of Engineering (Autonomous) organized a community outreach program aimed at supporting government school students in Denkada Mandal.
As part of the initiative, FYFP volunteers distributed notebooks, stationery, and competitive exam books worth ₹35,000 to students from six government schools, reaffirming the club’s commitment to promoting education and motivating young learners from rural communities.
Dr. Y. M. C. Sekhar, Principal of MVGR College of Engineering, commended the volunteers for their compassion and dedication, stating that “true education reflects in the willingness to share knowledge and uplift others.”
The event was attended by Dr. K. S. N. Raju, FYFP Coordinator, and Mr. N. Shanmukha Rao, NSS Programme Officer, along with enthusiastic student volunteers. Head Masters and staff from the beneficiary schools expressed heartfelt gratitude, lauding the college’s continued efforts toward community development and empowerment.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. K. S. N. Raju highlighted that the FYFP Club’s mission is to inspire students to actively engage in constructive social initiatives that bridge educational gaps and cultivate empathy among youth.
Through such impactful activities, the FYFP Club continues to embody the spirit of service and learning — demonstrating that even small contributions can make a significant difference. With unwavering support from the college management and faculty, MVGR’s students remain steadfast in their vision to learn, serve, and inspire others.
