DST-SERB SPONSORED 1 WEEK FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM at MVGR DATA ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT

Department of Data Engineering, MVGR College of Engineering (A), Vizianagaram is organizing a 1 Week FDP program sponsored by DST-SERB on “Intelligent Cyber-Physical Systems:Blockchain Technology Recent Trends and Applications(ICPS-BTRTA-2024)”.

Inaugural function of this 1 week FDP program held on Monday with Mr. Mallellu Sai Prasanth, Blockchain Sr. Developer, YAYIN AI Private Limited, Hyderabad, attended as chief guest.

Addressing the gathering, Sai Prasanth discussed groundbreaking innovations and advancements in the field of block chain technology. He said that conducting these kinds of FDPs will provide an opportunity for students and faculty to know and understand cutting-edge live projects on block chain technology and its applications in various sectors like increasing the security and transparency around the sharing of customer data, either between a customer and a company or between two companies.

Dr.P.Srinivasa Rao (Convener-STTP) said that participants will benefit from hands-on workshops, practical sessions, and networking opportunities with peers and experts in the field from this FDP.

G Renu, COO, Kan Prokagno Innovation Private Limited, Vizag, Praveen Kumar Singh, Senior Data Scientist, Extl Analytics, Noida, and Dr. Dorsala Mallikarjun Reddy, IIIT Sricity, Andhra Pradesh are also invited to deliver lectures on this 1 week FDP program.

About 70 faculty participants and research scholars from various institutions registered for this FDP and participated in  today’s event.
