On the occasion of Voting awareness and enrolment program in association with Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP), Denkada Mandalam. MVGR College of Engineering conducted sensitization program for engineering students in order to help them understand the immense need of voting and understanding social responsibility. 

In this regard, the session was led by Shri. Adi Lakshmi Garu, Thasildar, Denkada Mandal, Vizianagaram.  She interacted with students and stressed the need of voting and its importance. She also conducted a quiz session to motivate students on the need of studying Indian Constitution and its relevance to the citizens of India.  She acted as Assistant Voter Enrollment Officer and emphasized on right to vote as a basic right to uplift society by young generation.  Along with Adi Lakshmi garu, Shri. Narayanamma Garu deputy tahasildar played active role in inculcating great responsibility among the young minds. Further Vice Principal of the College.

Dr. Y.M.C. Sekhar addressed the gathering and motivated them towards voter enrollment through online mode. Dean Students  Shri. S. Mohan Kumar stressed the need of studying Constitution of India to evolve as a righteous citizen of the Nation. For this program, VRO’s, M.A.R.S Naidu,  S. Ramu Naidu, Engineering Assistant Ms. M. Ramya, Mahila Police Y. Subhasini along with MVGR institution representatives.  Dr. YMC Sekhar, Vice Principal Academics and Student Coordination Committee member Mr. B. Hari Kumar were present.
