- Has done Masters from NIT Tiruchirappalli, with Energy Engineering specialization
- Actively engaged in research in Non-Newtonian Fluid Flow and Heat Transfer for which IIT Kharagpur awarded Doctoral Degree.
- Guiding research/projects in the areas of CFD, LBM, Non-Newtonian Fluid flow, Nanofluids, Convective heat transfer, Porous media, Hybrid energy systems, Optimum utilization of heat and power, Exergy analysis and Energy storage
- Providing consultancy services to CFD & Energy Conservation
- Undertaken DST/AICTE/Industrial projects worth 30 lakhs
- Currently acting as Principal Investigator in R&D Project on "Viability of stand-alone hybrid renewable energy water Pumping System for agricultural applications in Vizianagaram" funded by MVGR Research Board.
- Actively engaged in curriculum design/development for the subjects Thermodynamics, Applied Thermodynamics, Heat and Mass Transfer, Fluid Mechanics and Hydraulic Machines, Numerical Methods in Engineering, Energy Conservation and Management and Computational Fluid Dynamics
- Member of Professional bodies like MIE, MISTE, ISHMT, NSFMFP, IAENG
- Guest lectures delivered on new CFD technique “Lattice Boltzmann Method” at JNTUK, Andhra University and AITAM, etc.
- Editorial board member of Computational Research
- Reviewer for various reputed international Journals in the field of CFD and thermal science
- Apart from academics, gained experience in different administrative positions such as in- charge of Central research laboratory, Research coordinator, BOS member and AMC member.
- Currently, contributing with admin responsibility as a Coordinator of Department Library and E-documentation
- Has diverse experience in teaching & research for a period of 14 years
- Has been working since Nov 2016
